Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and quote repairs
• Perform maintenance tasks for HVAC systems
• Replace and install HVAC systems
• Present a professional image by dressing in company uniforms, arriving on time and staying organized
• Communicate with customers and dispatcher

Requirements:

• One year of HVAC field experience or an HVAC degree with EPA card
• Valid driver’s license
• Be drug free and pass background check
• Ability to communicate technical information to clients

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15-30 per hour based on ability and experience, PLUS incentives
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Paid ongoing training
