When you call us for a repair, our highly trained and experienced service technicians will come to your home and perform an inspection and diagnostic test on your equipment.
Sedgwick technicians have the expertise to isolate problems quickly. Once our tech has identified your issue, he or she will repair your equipment right away.
Our techs are supplied with parts to accommodate nearly every repair. Chances are, we'll probably have the exact part you need right on the service truck. If we don't have the necessary part on hand, we'll make every attempt to find it locally and return to your home for a same-day repair. Most of our repairs are completed on the same day.
On the off chance that a necessary part isn't available, we'll order it for you and schedule a follow up time to repair your unit. You won't be charged extra for us to get it.
